In the end, I found a way to convert it using a combination of softwares (Meshlab, Instant Meshes and Fusion 360): (1) Export the shape as .stl from the imagery software (3D Slicer). (2) Convert the .stl file to .obj in Meshlab. (3) Remesh with quad tesselation using Instant Meshes.
