WebbI used to eat cereal alot. Not really super sugary ones but like frosted mini wheat, Crispin, honey nut cheerios. I don't know if it contributes to weight gain or if it was how much/when I was eating it but I haven't eaten cereal in 4 months and have changed a few other things around, started walking and working out and have lost 25lbs.
